Chloe Annabell Proctor (born 7 August 1993) plays Bob Hope's American daughter Roxanne "Roxy" Lockhart in ITV's Emmerdale. Despite being American, Chloe is actually from Leeds in West Yorkshire and attends her local high school, Bruntcliffe in Morley, Leeds.
She recently starred in Scala's Born To Perform Show.
According to Scala Performing Arts, Proctor is soon to make an appearance as 'Louise' in ITV's The Royal.
Proctor attends Scala Kids alongside other Emmerdale stars, Lily Jane Stead, Kirsha Southward, Annelise Manojlovic and Connor Lee.
